LIMITED WARRANTY

STRUCTURE 

NW Green Panels, LLC. guarantees the structural integrity of every greenhouse we build; this means we ensure that each greenhouse component will be assembled with pride and function correctly. NW Green Panels, LLC. expects every greenhouse to withstand normal to severe conditions but does not guarantee against extreme weather damage and acts of God. NW Green Panels, LLC. does not secure any of our structures to any foundation. If you are concerned that you are in a very high wind area, you will be responsible for securing the structure. NW Green Panels, LLC glazed roof system is engineered to maintain a leak-free environment; however, due to the nature of glazed roofing in a greenhouse environment, we do not guarantee that your structure will be water or airtight. If excessive infiltration occurs, we will instruct you or your contractor on how to minimize or eliminate any leaks. NW Green Panels, LLC. offers onsite help with installation but does not guarantee the installation. Due to the wood's knotty nature in our greenhouse components, we cannot guarantee the wood being free of warping or swelling due to moisture. If a component does warp past the point of functioning, we will replace the part or component at no cost to you and instruct you or your contractor on installing the replacement part or component within the first five (5) years. NW Green Panels, LLC treats every greenhouse with an oil stain unless specified differently. NW Green Panels, LLC. guarantees the wood being free from rot for ten (10) years from the date of purchase, provided the greenhouse is elevated and away from any long-term standing water or saturated ground. 

GLAZING 

All Materials used for glazing come with manufacturer guarantees. We guarantee the glaze materials are applied correctly, and should a product become defective or fail; we will cover 100% of the material to repair your defective part. 

VENTING MECHANISM 

NW Green Panels, Inc. uses automatic greenhouse vent openers to open and close our unique passive ridgeline ventilation system. All lifters we use have a two-year (2-year) manufacturer warranty; if for any reason, your lifter should fail within those two-years (2-years), contact NW Green Panels, and we facilitate the exchange free of cost to you.
