At NW Green Panels, greenhouses are more than just a product—they’re part of our family’s story.

The very first greenhouse we built wasn’t meant for sale. It was for us. When my wife and I found out we were expecting our first child, we started thinking about the kind of food we wanted to put on our family’s table. We knew we wanted to grow as much of it as possible—fresh, chemical-free, and nutrient-rich. But given our location at the time, we quickly realized that growing year-round would require a greenhouse.

We looked at countless options, but most were either cheaply made or expensive permanent structures that didn’t suit our needs. After trying a few and learning what didn’t work, we decided to build one ourselves.

One evening, with a glass of scotch in one hand and a cigar in the other, I started sketching out what the ideal greenhouse would look like. It had to be fully modular and expandable, able to move with us wherever life took us. It needed to meet HOA regulations and stand strong against wind, snow, and rain.

Once it was finished, our neighbors started asking about it. The compliments kept coming, and that’s when it clicked—there were others out there looking for exactly what we had built.

That’s how NW Green Panels was born—from one family’s desire to grow better, live healthier, and build something that lasts.
